We offer simple flat pricing based on the size of the home and the number of bedrooms. All flat rate pricing includes your bedroom(s), one (1) bathroom, kitchen, and common areas. Each additional bathroom is $35. We offer our hourly package for any Custom Jobs, Large Apartments/Homes, and Small Offices. No surprises!

For a 2 bedroom / 2 bathrooms Airbnb turnaround clean it would cost= $223.11 including sales tax. Additionally, up to $30.00 of laundromat pick up / drop off or wash and fold on premises is included in this cost.

Laundry Included

$15-30.00

The total of the cleaning fee includes $15.00, $20.00, $25.00 & $30.00 from Studio's to a 3 bedroom apartments for the laundry so any laundry costs above these prices will be added to the clean.

*Please note: If guest stay is greater than 28 days then the clean should be booked as a deep cleaning not a standard clean to allow sufficient cleaning time.
